Donald Trump’s terrifying speech to a group of Boy Scouts members on Monday was not the place to bring politics but he did anyway. Talking about the elections, bashing Democrats and even mentioning Hillary Clinton. To thousands of boy scouts.

As bad as it was, The Chief Scout Executive Michael Surbaugh, had to issue an apology to the parents of those children who were expecting a speech more along the lines of positively inspiring. According to CNN, He released a statement saying,

“I want to extend my sincere apologies to those in our Scouting family who were offended by the political rhetoric that was inserted into the jamboree. These character-building experiences have not diminished in recent days at the jamboree — Scouts have continued to trade patches, climb rock walls, and share stories about the day’s adventures,” he said. “But for our Scouting family at home not able to see these real moments of Scouting, we know the past few days have been overshadowed by the remarks offered by the President of the United States.”

During a press conference at the White House Thursday, newly appointed Press Secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, was asked if the organization would receive an apology from Trump to which she just deflected and said,

“I was at that event and I saw nothing but roughly 40-45,000 Boy Scouts cheering the President on throughout his remarks. I think they were pretty excited that he was there and happy to hear him speak to them.”

No, the real question was are these ‘remarks’ ¬†going to benefit the scouts in any way? NO! Those kids were taught nothing for Trump to be able to use in their daily lives up to manhood. FYI for any other organization attempting to contact Trump to speak to a bunch of children… RECONSIDER. Trump isn’t good for America so of course, Trump won’t be any different to our children.
